We leverage years of diverse industry experience to design and implement a variety of customized staffing programs and support services for clerical, call center and light industrial staffing. Our programs complement our client’s operating environment and offer the flexibility to accommodate fluctuating business demands while maximizing employee productivity and efficiency.

Source One South has offices located in Irwindale, La Palma, Paramount, Ontario, San Diego, Chesapeake, Virginia and Houston Texas. Our corporate office is located in Irwindale, California. We have over 100 in-house employees and a database of over 15,000 field employees. CUSTOMER ASSURANCE PROGRAM

GUARANTEE:

Source One South guarantees the performance of our temporary employees on all assignments. Upon reasonable notice from our clients, all charges for unsatisfactory work will be cancelled and a replacement will be furnished.

INSURANCE CERTIFICATE:

Source One South employees are our direct employees. Therefore, we assume all of our employer responsibilities.

Each individual is interviewed by a trained recruiter in order to assess job skills, inquire into previous employment and to reinforce understanding of their responsibility to Source One South and its clients. This enables us to match the individual to the environment that best meets our clients’ needs.

D.O.T. Compliance & Driver Qualification Files

Compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. We maintain a complete DOT file on each driver.

Violation Verification

Each driver will have their public driving record verified by one of our trained recruiters.
